Jeremy's expertise is in the practical application of his Business and Psychology expertise to issues of Organisation Change and Development. Jeremy has been MD of Innova Partnership, since 1985, providing a range of structured solutions for organisational development and Change issues.
He specialises in senior management coaching, both with individuals and leadership teams, and in designing and facilitating senior management and organisation-wide change programmes. In addition he maintains an active portfolio of Executive Coach supervision and mentoring clients
He has a wealth of international experience as an OD consultant in both the private and public sector, across a range of multinationals, more entrepreneurial and creative businesses, and major professional services businesses. He worked with the Institute of Directors in the UK and currently works with Boards in a number of organisations helping them operate more effectively as a leadership team.
Jeremy led on accreditation of Executive Coaches and Supervisors with the Association of Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS). This evolved into him becoming Chair of APECS for 6 years. He led on the development and maintenance of professional standards for Executive and Team Coaching. He enabled and supported a number of member led initiatives and working groups. Example outcomes included the introduction of a new accreditation process and category of membership for Team Coaching, and design and leadership of 3 successful APECS Symposiums featuring member papers and peer review discussion groups. In addition he represented APECS at a number of international coaching conferences.
Jeremy's background is in Economics and Psychology (BSc Econ; MSc Applied Psychology; PhD sponsored by ICI and Aston University; CPsychol). Jeremy worked at ICI Head Office for a number of years, as well as spells with BAT and PA consultants, before establishing his own professional practice.
